Abstract

The objective is to design and implement a cost-effective and simplified device capable of sending Telegram messages with a photo and location information. To achieve this, the system uses the ESP32-CAM for image capture and a GPS module for location tracking, while the ESP8266 is included to minimize cost compared to previous work that used an Arduino Uno. The captured photo and coordinates are sent automatically to a designated recipient through a Telegram message. The successful functioning of the device is proven by its ability to reliably capture images, fetch accurate location details, and transmit them through Telegram. This device shows strong potential for applications where low cost and simplicity are essential, such as remote monitoring, wildlife tracking, and home security. Overall, the work highlights the value of affordable and efficient communication technology to support practical location-based services in everyday life.
