Agrotourism in Lebakmuncang Tourism Village, Ciwidey District, Bandung Regency, holds significant potential to be developed as a sustainable tourism destination. However, it faces several challenges, including fluctuations in tourist visits and limited synergy among stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the sustainability level of agrotourism in Lebakmuncang Village and identify key attributes influencing sustainability across economic, socio-cultural, ecological, and technological dimensions. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 51 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) through the RAP-Tourism method. The findings indicate that the socio-cultural dimension falls into the moderately sustainable category, while the economic, ecological, and technological dimensions are categorized as less sustainable. The multidimensional sustainability index of agrotourism in Lebakmuncang Village is 46.54%, indicating an overall less sustainable status. The most sensitive attributes influencing the sustainability level include agricultural/agro-industrial processing technology, air and water pollution, and telecommunication infrastructure.
