Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized the way individuals, organizations, and governments communicate, store, and process information. This paper explores the significance of ICT in various sectors such as education, healthcare, governance, and business. It also examines current challenges and proposes suggestions for improving ICT implementation and accessibility. Through a descriptive research methodology and secondary data analysis, the study identifies how ICT influences economic development, promotes digital literacy, and bridges communication gaps globally.
