Abstract

Bureaucratic complexity in Rajasthan may hinders governance, with citizens facing delays, overlapping approvals, and repeated documentation across healthcare, education, social welfare, and urban-rural services. While initiatives like Jan Aadhaar, e-Mitra, and digital land records improve transparency, uneven adoption creates a fragmented system, especially affecting rural and marginalized communities. This study highlights the need for streamlined processes, coordinated departments, and citizen-focused reforms to enhance efficiency, accountability, and equitable service delivery.
