Abstract

As online coding platforms become more common for learning and technical assessments, the need for reliable and secure code execution tools has increased. This research explores JDoodle, a remote code execution service that supports multiple programming languages and allows users to write, run, and test code directly through a web browser. In this study, JDoodle is integrated into a live project called ImproveSelf, an interview preparation platform. A custom coding interface was developed that includes key features such as language selection, real-time code execution, input/output handling, a countdown timer, and code submission. The project also evaluates JDoodle’s performance, error handling, and suitability for students and educators in real testing environments. What sets this work apart is its practical application of JDoodle in a real platform, rather than just a theoretical review. By building and testing a fully functional online coding module, this research highlights the strengths and limitations of JDoodle and demonstrates how it can be effectively used in education, training, and mock interview systems.
