Abstract

Increased adoption of blockchain technology across Centralized Finance (CeFi), Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and traditional finance systems necessitates an evolutionary custody solution that is scalable, secure, and proactive. This work presents "Any-Chain, Any-Custodian," a worldwide post-quantum threshold Multi-Party Computation (MPC) custody infrastructure to handle digital asset custody across heterogeneous blockchain networks and custodian institutions securely. Leveraging threshold MPC and post-quantum cryptographic primitives, the content eliminates single points of failure, introduces quantum-resilience against attacks, and enables policy-based transaction control. The design enables cross-chain (Any-Chain) and multi-custodian (Any-Custodian) interoperability to address regulatory compliance, operational flexibility, and security needs in CeFi, DeFi, and legacy finance markets. Detailed architecture, cryptographic techniques, uses, and performance analysis are discussed, demonstrating the potential of the fabric as the custodian standard for the evolving world of finance.
