Big Data has emerged as one of the 21st century's most revolutionary technologies, propelling advancements in corporate intelligence, healthcare, finance, and government. But the gathering, storing, and analyzing of enormous amounts of data raise serious privacy issues. The primary concerns of data privacy in Big Data Analytics (BDA) are examined in this study, including concerns about data collecting, storage, consent, anonymization, technological vulnerabilities, and regulatory compliance. The conversation focuses on technical, ethical, and legal viewpoints while also examining potential remedies like encryption, privacy-preserving methods, and legislative frameworks. Lastly, the article makes recommendations for future research topics to strike a compromise between privacy and innovation in the Big Data era.
