This study looks at how Artificial Intelligence (AI) affects people’s minds and daily lives, covering both the good and the bad sides. On one hand, AI makes life easier — it cuts down stress and even offers emotional support through things like virtual assistants, healthcare apps, and social robots. On the other hand, it also brings worries such as job loss, overreliance on technology, shorter attention spans, and ethical issues like privacy and bias. Overall, the findings show that AI has a double-edged effect: it can improve well-being but also create psychological risks. To get the best out of AI while avoiding the downsides, we need an approach that keeps people at the center.
