The abstract of the topic, serverless databases which has changed completely to build and run the applications.
The serverless computing has removed the manual servers to be managed. The cloud providers like Google or AWS handle adapting, maintenance and availability. Only the business logic means writing the programs that actually solve problems is focus by the developers. In this, the serverless databases play an important role as they scale automatically, pause when they are inactive, and charge only for what you use. The main role to tell in this research paper is to explain how such databases are effective and help the application become scalable, run smoothly, save cost and be available globally. It equates major systems-Amazon Aurora serverless, DynamoDB, Google Cloud Spanner and Azure Cosmos DB.
There are three main aims of this paper-
1. To collect the information about serverless databases.
2. To suggest the structure, design and infrastructure for scalable systems.
3. To provide the case history and best practices to balance performance, cost and dependability.
Although if there are some conditions and restrictions, such as cold starts, vendor lock-in, and query optimisation, serverless databases represent a large jump towards infinite scalability, i.e the systems that can run smoothly and scale along with traffic.
