The research paper aims to study the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational commitment with reference to Rathna Packaging India Pvt Ltd. The study highlights that employee satisfaction derived from factors like job security, compensation, work conditions, and career development plays a pivotal role in boosting organizational commitment. Employees who are more satisfied with their job environment tend to be more loyal and perform better. The objectives include assessing satisfaction levels and understanding how it affects employees’ commitment and performance. A descriptive research design was adopted, with data collected through structured questionnaires. The study emphasizes that enhancing satisfaction positively influences employee retention, productivity, and teamwork, leading to improved organizational outcomes.
