Abstract

This review explores key materials and methods like spray drying, coacervation, and emulsification, comparing their efficiency and scalability. It highlights innovations such as plant-based encapsulants, stimuli-responsive systems, and hybrid techniques. Challenges include cost, regulatory issues, and maintaining bioactivity, but the technology holds promise across food, pharma, and agriculture sectors.
