Abstract

The growing need for a transparent and organized donation process has encouraged the development of digital platforms for charitable giving. Managing donations between donors and NGOs often faces challenges such as lack of trust, poor communication, and unverified transactions. This project presents a web-based donation management system called “Smart Donation”, designed to bridge the gap between donors and NGOs. The platform simplifies the donation process by offering verified NGO profiles, real-time donation tracking, and secure data handling. It provides a user-friendly interface for donors and recipients, along with an efficient admin panel for monitoring activities. The system ensures that every contribution is recorded and traceable, promoting trust, accountability, and social responsibility in digital giving.
