The demand for efficient and transparent career services brings innovation in college management technology. Campus placement is one of the most critical bridges between academia and industry. A lot of focus is now on creating dedicated digital portals to manage this complex process and better connect students with recruiters. An attempt is made here to propose the design components of a comprehensive placement management system. A dual-module architecture, featuring a Student Portal and an Admin Dashboard, emerges as a vital component in developing this system. This study focuses on the use of this portal to provide students with critical information, including upcoming drive details, eligibility criteria, and a unique repository of past interview questions, aimed at facilitating better preparation and seamless application. This paper illustrates how the centralized database and administrative controls maintain data integrity across the portal. The system's capability includes role-based access, a notification system for new opportunities, and efficient management of company, student, and placement drive data. The proposed design framework will help in a trans-formative era for the college's placement cell, promising a more transparent, efficient, and effective way of managing campus recruitment.
