Abstract

Recruitment is a critical yet very delicate task for freshers and experienced recruits. Traditional interviews are often subjective, a bit time consuming and with lack of availability of resources and troublesome. Traditionally a lot of manual Labour work was required. Also, The fact that it has many limitations led to Development of this project. Moreover, people often have fear and less experience when it particularly comes to interviews and preparation.Thus, we introduce a Model for Virtual Mock Interview developed by using AI. With addition, it supports both voice and Text-based interaction, making it more adaptable to users. It generates comprehensive, data driven performance and highlights the strength, weaknesses, and suitability of the candidate, also helping users with areas to work on.
