This paper presents an AI-based tumor detection model using MRI imaging and deep learning techniques. The proposed system employs 3D Convolutional Neural Networks and Attention U-Net for accurate tumor detection and segmentation, reducing diagnostic time and human error. Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau are integrated to deliver interpretable results for clinicians. The study also references the MIT–MGH model, which predicts breast cancer up to five years in advance using mammograms, demonstrating the growing potential of AI in early diagnosis. Despite its effectiveness, AI in healthcare faces challenges such as data privacy, the need for large annotated datasets, and system integration in clinical workflows. Addressing these issues can enable AI-driven detection systems to significantly improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
