Call for Papers: Monthly Issue Submission Guide
IJSCI publishes monthly, and each issue has a call for papers with a submission date. Knowing how this works helps you plan when to submit. Always check the date shown on the journal website, because it is the one that applies.
How the monthly schedule works
A monthly journal gathers accepted papers into one issue each month. A call for papers announces what the journal is accepting and the date by which papers should be submitted to be considered for the upcoming issue.
A paper submitted after the stated date may still be considered, but it can be scheduled for a later issue. Contact the editor if you need to know which issue is realistic for your paper.
Where to find the current submission date
The call for papers appears on the IJSCI homepage and in the sidebar of the journal’s pages. Check it each time you plan to submit, since it can change. If two places show different dates, email editor@ijsci.com to confirm.

How to be ready for the next issue
- Check the current call for papers and the submission date.
- Confirm your paper fits the aims and scope.
- Prepare the manuscript with the official template.
- Collect all the files and forms the journal asks for.
- Submit online well before the date, not on it.
- Keep your paper ID and watch your email for queries.
What the call for papers does not promise
A call for papers is an invitation, not a guarantee. Every submission goes through the editorial and peer review process, and the decision depends on the paper. Publication in a particular issue depends on acceptance and on completing the post-acceptance steps.
Fees are per accepted article: ₹499 without DOI or ₹699 with DOI for Indian authors, and $20 with DOI for international authors, paid after acceptance. See the charges page.
